At the heart of the 2026 event, the GEODAYS will offer an enriched programme at the crossroads of geosciences, innovation and territorial dialogue.
The program for the 2026 edition is currently being developed.
It will cover both technological challenges and economic, territorial and societal issues.

A strong and structuring sequence dedicated to major clients and principals in the sector
The goal: to give a voice to those who lead projects, determine technological needs, finance innovation, and draw up the industrial roadmaps for tomorrow's underground. An afternoon dedicated to major underground players, to catalyze the collaborations of tomorrow. High-level conferences allow several major players (energy, infrastructure, development, geothermal energy, storage, defense, etc.) to present their vision of future developments:
- What are their short, medium and long term priorities?
- What innovations do they expect from technological, academic or industrial sectors?
- What types of partnerships do they want to build with startups, regions or laboratories?
These speeches will provide an opportunity to better understand the strategic decisions underway, the weak signals observed in the markets, and the emerging opportunities for the entire ecosystem. This will be a key time to align visions and ambitions.
Euro-Mediterranean Sequence: Crossing perspectives, sharing solutions
This new segment features a meeting between European and North African stakeholders to explore the shared challenges of subsoil in the energy transition. It will be a space for international cooperation, feedback, and the emergence of cross-border partnerships.

Focus on Basement & Territories: Dialogue, planning, co-construction
The subsoil is a common good. GEODAYS 2026 offers a unique space for dialogue between communities, developers, and industry to address conflicts (and synergies!) of uses, levers of acceptability, and underground planning strategies.
A dedicated conference, an immersive fresco and feedback from the field.
